Yes. If it’s a simple house name/number change, the easiest thing to do is ask the parcel recipient to divert the parcel to the correct house name/number.
If, on the other hand, your recipient needs a full address change, then contact our customer service team with the change you need once the parcel is with its Courier. We’ll then do our best to get the parcel stopped and the address corrected before the delivery is made to the original address.
