When will my package be delivered?

Skynet WWE packages are delivered to residential addresses Saturday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Saturday through Thursday. Standard service packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day, but delivery will be effected during normal working hours. However, Specials can be arranged at additional costs. Skynet WWE Express shipments have delivery times that vary by service. Track your package for an up-to-date status.

Can I have my package routed to another delivery address?

As a consignor (sender) you can request for a change by contacting the local Skynet WWE Customer Service department by providing the tracking number and intimating the change of address. As a consignee (receiver) you can request Skynet WWE to reroute your package to an alternate delivery address subject to confirmation from the sending Station/Shipper. This may cause delay in the delivery of the package and such deliveries may incur additional costs.

My shipment does not show any progress in its movement. Why?

Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the Skynet WWE delivery system. When your shipment is in transit, or over a weekend, tracking information may not be updated. Here are explanations for common scans you might see when tracking your package:
Billing Information Received: Skynet WWE, has received the electronic communication of the shipment details from the shipper. It does not essentially mean that Skynet WWE has taken control of the package.
Origin: The shipment has been received at the originating Skynet WWE center.
Departure: The shipment has left the originating center and is heading toward the destination address.
Arrival: The shipment has arrived at a transitional Skynet WWE facility or the destination facility closest to the delivery address.
Out for Delivery: The shipment has been placed in the final delivery vehicle.
Delivery: The shipment has been delivered. The date and time of delivery have been recorded.
Exception: If the shipment could not be delivered or was delayed, the reason has been noted.

Why wasn’t my package delivered in X number of days, as indicated?

“X days” means X business or working days. Please note that the Skynet WWE Service Guarantee applies only to business or working days, and excludes weekends, holidays and other events that may occur.

How much does it cost to ship a package?

Shipping cost depends on origin, destination, service, package weight, and other considerations. Find your shipping cost.

Can the courier make a second attempt today as I wasn’t available at the time of delivery/pick-up.

Skynet WWE will try redelivery the same day, however a Delivery Note will be left behind for the Customer to call back. An additional attempt will be on the next business/working day.

What is a tracking or the Airway Bill number?

Tracking or Airway Bill numbers are used by Skynet WWE to categorize and trace packages and freight shipments as they progress through the Skynet WWE system to their destination. Skynet WWE automatically assigns a tracking number to your shipment for bookings made online or the tracking number can be obtained from a manually filled Airway Bill.

Skynet WWE tracking numbers appears in the following format (12 digits)
020002349561 i.e 0 followed by a prefix 200 followed by 8 digits.

When will I receive my shipment through Skynet WWE?

Your Skynet WWE package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. All Skynet WWE shipments are delivered anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Saturday through Thursday. The latest information about the status of your shipment is available in the Tracking section.

The shipment status reads as "Exception", what does this mean?

An exception occurs when a package or shipment encounters an unanticipated event, which could result in a change to the expected delivery day. Examples of exception include: address incorrect or unknown, damage to shipment or shipment not received. If you happen to see this message contact your local Skynet WWE center immediately.

The shipment status reads as "Returned to Shipper or Returned to Origin" (RTO) , what does this mean?

The description, Returned to Shipper or Returned to Origin (RTO), in the Status field of the Tracking Summary or Tracking Information screen means that the shipment was returned to the original shipper. Possible reasons for return include, but are not limited to:

  • The intended receiver refused acceptance of the shipment
  • Gulf WWE cannot locate or find the Physical address
  • Unable to deliver after multiple delivery attempts and no favorable feedback received from either the shipper or the receiver.
Can I send my tracking numbers to an email address and request for a shipment status?

Yes, E-mail your Skynet WWE tracking numbers to:

For multiple tracking numbers: Enter one tracking number per line or separate the tracking numbers with commas.
